Case Medical has been in the reprocessing industry for nearly 32 years. During that time, we and you advanced from wrapped trays and tribal knowledge to new technology using digital software. CaseTrak360 was originally a concept brought to us from an SPD manager utilizing DOS based software; boy, have we come a long way since then. More so, we found how we could connect our software with our container system and make it so intuitive that you can obtain everything you need with a scan or a button press.
Built-In 2D Barcode Scanning
Case Medical's SteriTite container along with its universal compatibility features can now take you along with us on a technological journey where 2D barcodes and scanning can provide e-IFUs in 37 languages, digital recognition of contents, paper-less count sheets, and AI to identify errors in assembly and find missing instruments. The 2D barcode can also be used as the UDI identifier with tracking systems such as CaseTrak360, eliminating the need for any additional labels. We have turned the SteriTite universal container into one with intelligence and one that can rejuvenate.
Intuitive and Color Coded
CaseTrak360 has an intuitive, color-coded interface that is very easy to learn and use. Think of how pre-schools teach children new concepts by using colors and shapes. CaseTrak360 employs similar concepts in that all modules are color coded to make them easy to find/remember, and all functions are easy to find/use. Nothing is buried deep inside of nested menus, and icons are used to clearly note the functions of all page elements. No one will get “lost” inside of CaseTrak360. It will be easier to use than searching through paper files as most information in CaseTrak360 is only two or three clicks away.
No Risk To Install
Installing CaseTrak360 is not risky at all. We do the work of uploading your existing count sheets, preference cards, and set lists. We make sure the program is working and ready to go when we deliver it to you. We host CaseTrak360 in the cloud and provide all the necessary support, which eliminates any burden that your IT department might be worried about. The software can also run on a variety of platforms, which makes it well suited for older buildings where flexible / wireless solutions are needed. We also provide recommendations on what hardware you may need.
Comes With Training
CaseTrak360 also comes with comprehensive training programs with interactive step-by-step videos and manuals. We will train your staff as we implement the system, and your staff will always have access to our training resources so they can brush up on their knowledge whenever they want. Plus, we’ll initially run CaseTrak360 in parallel with your existing methods to make sure everyone is completely comfortable before the transition.
