CaseTrak360 has an intuitive, color-coded interface that is very easy to learn and use. Think of how pre-schools teach children new concepts by using colors and shapes. CaseTrak360 employs similar concepts in that all modules are color coded to make them easy to find/remember, and all functions are easy to find/use. Nothing is buried deep inside of nested menus, and icons are used to clearly note the functions of all page elements. No one will get “lost” inside of CaseTrak360. It will be easier to use than searching through paper files as most information in CaseTrak360 is only two or three clicks away.

Installing CaseTrak360 is not risky at all. We do the work of uploading your existing count sheets, preference cards, and set lists. We make sure the program is working and ready to go when we deliver it to you. We will also support the program ourselves, which eliminates any burden that your IT department might be worried about. The software can also run on a variety of platforms, which makes it well suited for older buildings where flexible / wireless solutions are needed. We also provide recommendations on what hardware you may need.

CaseTrak360 also comes with comprehensive training programs with interactive step-by-step videos and manuals. We will train your staff as we implement the system, and your staff will always have access to our training resources so they can brush up on their knowledge whenever they want. Plus, we’ll initially run CaseTrak360 in parallel with your existing methods to make sure everyone is completely comfortable before the transition. 

So even if you or your staff are not technical people, it will not be a barrier to CaseTrak360. In fact, once you are fully switched over, you will wonder how you were able to survive in the past.
